Arianna Fuoco

Arianna Fuoco is a professional with extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, and logistics management. Currently serving as the Head of Group People Analytics & Reporting at doValue since February 2022, Arianna previously held roles at Open Fiber focused on workforce planning and HR cost management. Notably, during a tenure at Poste Italiane, Arianna led the implementation of Lean methodologies to achieve operational excellence and oversee cost deployment activities within logistics plants. Earlier experience includes roles as a Sales Engineer and Logistic Engineer at SDA Express Courier, where Arianna specialized in project management and logistics performance optimization. Arianna holds an MBA from Luiss Business School and advanced degrees in Engineering and Industrial Management from Università degli Studi di Roma 'La Sapienza'.
