Yolanda Huerga

Yolanda Huerga currently serves as the Group Chief People, Communication and Sustainability Officer at doValue, a leading operator in credit management and real estate services in Southern Europe, since November 2020. Previously, Yolanda held the position of Chief People Officer at Altamira Asset Management, contributing to the Executive Committee and guiding HR policies to align with strategic objectives from January 2016 to November 2024. Prior experience includes serving as HR Operations Director and HR Director for various business units at Philips from August 2011 to January 2016, as well as a Senior HR Business Partner at Citibank Spain from March 2000 to June 2011. Yolanda began the HR career as an HR Generalist at IFExecutives from February 1998 to February 2000. Yolanda holds advanced degrees in law and business administration from institutions such as Esade, Universidad de Salamanca, Università degli Studi di Padova, and IE Business School.
