Simon Berry is an accomplished optometrist and business director, serving as the owner of Simon Berry Optometrist since June 2002 and as director of DizzyDuck since November 2020, which focuses on supporting individuals with learning disabilities. With extensive experience as a specialist optometrist at Sunderland Eye Infirmary since 1996, Simon also contributes to the field through roles such as a member of the Ethics Committee at Durham University and editor and peer reviewer for Clinical Ophthalmology. Additionally, Simon held the position of clinical assessor for The Royal College of Ophthalmologists from 2010 to 2020 and served as a trustee for Grace House Children's Hospice. Educationally, Simon holds a BSc in Optometry from The University of Manchester, completed in 1996.
