Erin Southerington

Erin Southerington is a dedicated family therapist currently employed at Divine Counseling LLC since July 2024 and has served as the PHP/IOP Manager at Dover Behavioral Health System since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Clinical Case Supervisor and Clinical Case Coordinator at Brightside for Families and Children from May 2016 to April 2022, along with an internship at Brightside from May 2015 to April 2016. Erin's early career included positions as a Residential Counselor at Crotched Mountain Foundation from October 2011 to January 2015, and various administrative and supervisory roles across organizations such as Cosmic Corner, Liberty Tax Service, Linda McMahan, OfficeMax, and Dunham's Sports. Erin holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from UMass Boston and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Hillsdale College. Additionally, Erin has an Associate degree in Psychology from Lansing Community College.
