James McLaughlin

Superintendent at Dover Public Schools

James McLaughlin is the current superintendent at Dover Public Schools. James has previously served as the superintendent of schools for West Milford Township Public Schools and North Plainfield Public Schools. James has also been an adjunct professor at Saint Peter's University and Kean University. In addition, they have served as a due process hearing panelist for the State of Delaware Department of Education and as an assistant superintendent for administration for the Cranford Public School District.

James McLaughlin has a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Adminstration and Supervision from Seton Hall University, a Master of Arts in Learning Disabilities from Kean University, and a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary and Special Education from St. John's University.
