Chris Kohl

Chris Kohl serves as the Operations Training Coordinator at Dover Chemical Corp since May 2014, responsible for training incoming hourly and new operations managers on chemistry, equipment, safety, and processes. Additionally, Chris holds the title of Phosphites Production Manager, overseeing a team of 15-18 personnel and ensuring production efficiency and safety in a complex manufacturing environment. Chris has successfully managed production for a 30 million lb/year Process Safety Management plant, implemented new inventory control systems, and led multiple plant shutdowns and turnarounds without incident. Previous positions include Technical Advisor for Phosphite Production Plant Operations and Chemical Operator, with a background in Quality Assurance Lab Technician. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Ohio Dominican University, completed in 1995.
