Greg Brongiel

Greg Brongiel is currently the Director of HR Systems & Ops at Dover Corporation, a position held since April 2012, where significant contributions include leading the implementation of the company's first HR Shared Services for 12,000 US employees and managing the establishment of a new site in India. Previously, Greg held various roles at Dover, including Manager of HRIS & Payroll and Manager of HR Analytics, focusing on system implementations and leveraging analytics for enhanced decision-making. Prior to Dover, Greg was an Advisory Project Manager at IBM, overseeing HR IT transformation projects for Fortune 100 clients. Greg Brongiel holds degrees in Supply Chain Management and Finance from Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
