Mike Zhu

Mike Zhu is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition, currently serving as HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner at Dover Corporation since June 2017. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing communications throughout the talent acquisition process, and supporting talent acquisition needs across APAC. Previous experience includes serving as Talent Specialist - Onsite Recruiter at Korn Ferry from December 2013 to June 2017, where recruitment strategies were developed for major clients like Goodyear and Festo. Prior to that, Mike held a researcher position at TalentScope Co Ltd. from July 2011 to November 2013, conducting industry research and building candidate pipelines. Mike obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Raffles College of Design and Commerce between 2008 and 2011.
