Rafael Gomez

Rafael Gomez is an experienced professional in advanced manufacturing automation and industrial solutions, currently serving as the Director of Advanced Manufacturing Automation at Dover Corporation since May 2021. In this role, Rafael develops and implements robotic automation technology solutions across Dover's global factories. Prior to this, Rafael held the position of Director of Industrial Solutions at Bright Machines, focusing on automation solution development through technical sales and project strategy. Rafael's extensive background also includes a tenure as Senior Technical Project Manager at Flex, where project management for global automation and IoT initiatives was central, along with earlier roles as a PCBA Process Engineer and within product engineering and machine software development. Rafael began a career in engineering as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Intel Corporation after earning a Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University.
