Sourav Haldar

Sourav Haldar is a Senior Modelling & Simulation Engineer at Dover Corporation, where responsibilities include leadership, decision making, and mentoring alongside technical roles since July 2018. Previously, Sourav served as a Modelling & Simulation Engineer, leading numerical analysis for turbo-machinery and HVAC products. At the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) in Dhanbad, as a Graduate Research Assistant, Sourav was involved in the setup and commissioning of a Technical Acoustic Lab for testing noise attenuation in jet engine components. Earlier experience includes an internship at Tata Motors, focusing on production analysis and defect reduction for ladder-type chassis. Sourav holds a Master of Technology in Machine Design and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile Engineering.
