Sushil Shetty

Sushil Shetty, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence at Dover Corporation since August 2024. Previously, Sushil held the position of Global Business Process Excellence Leader at Entegris from June 2018 to March 2024, where significant accomplishments included the creation of global business process strategies that achieved $30 million in P&L savings in 2023. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Global Continuous Improvement Manager at Entegris, Lean Specialist II at Wilsonart, and Operations Manager at Gokaldas Images Ltd, among others. Sushil's academic background includes a PhD in Engineering Management and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
