Carole DiMeo possesses extensive experience in sales and management within the hospitality and association sectors. Currently serving as Sales Manager for the Association Market at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino since May 2003, Carole oversees sales for a premier Four Diamond destination offering extensive meeting space and accommodations. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant to the President/Meetings Manager at the National Food Processors Association, where Carole facilitated the execution of policies for the food industry, and as Assistant to the General Manager at Crowne Plaza Ravinia, where exceptional customer service and management support were provided during the 1996 Summer Olympics. Carole also served as Assistant to the President at the Travel Industry Association, collaborating with industry leaders, and held the position of Assistant to the News Director at Channel 4 early in their career. Education was completed at Cardinal O'Hara High School with a focus on business studies.
