Dover Motor Speedway
Tim Horne has been with Dover Motorsports Inc. as the SVP, CFO since November 1996. Prior to that, Tim held the same position at Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment, Inc. until April 2019. Tim has a background in accounting, having worked as a Senior Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick before joining the Dover companies. Tim Horne obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
