The current leadership team at Dover has a wide range of experience in many different industries. A few members of the team have experience with recruitment, including the lead coordinator. Others have experience in household management, engineering, product management, and software development. There is also a wide range of educational backgrounds represented on the team, from music to law. This variety of experience and perspective allows the team to approach challenges from many different angles and to develop creative solutions.
