Michaela Tirpakova

Michaela Tirpakova has a diverse work experience in different industries. Michaela started their career as a Clinical Process Coordinator at IQVIA in April 2017, where they were responsible for preparing and handling documentation in the pharmaceutical industry. After working there for over a year, they joined Pharm-In spol. s r. o. as a Pricing Specialist in July 2018. In this role, they focused on pricing strategies. In June 2019, they moved to DÔVERA zdravotná poisťovňa, a. s. as an IT Operations Specialist, where they managed operation schedules, worked on software functionalities, and handled access control for production databases. Michaela also led projects in controlling employees' work with IT systems. Michaela obtained several certifications in IT Service Management, Agile Project Management, and Portfolios Management during their time in this role. Currently, they hold the position of Junior Project Manager for Cyber Security in the same company, starting in April 2023.

Michaela Tirpakova began their education in 2010 at the University of Economics in Bratislava, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management and business Economics. Michaela completed their bachelor's degree in 2013.

In 2013, Michaela also attended Universidad de Alcalá, where they studied Business Management. Although the degree they obtained at this institution is not specified, it can be assumed that they earned some form of certification or completed coursework related to Business Management.

Continuing their education, Michaela Tirpakova returned to the University of Economics in Bratislava in 2013 to pursue a master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Management and business Economics. Michaela completed their master's degree in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Michaela obtained several certifications. In 2016, they acquired proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Facebook marketing, Google AdWords, and Wordpress through IT Academy SK. That same year, they also received certifications in ADR (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) and INCOTERMS (International Commercial Terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce) from DEKRA.

In 2017, Michaela obtained a Good Clinical Practice: Fundamentals certification from IQVIA and a Cert Prep certificate for Excel 2013 Microsoft Office Specialist (77-420) from Lynda.com.

Finally, in recent years, Michaela has obtained several certifications in project and service management. Michaela received the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2020, followed by the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation Certificate in Agile Project Management from the same institution in 2021. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained the MoP Foundation Certificate in Portfolios Management from PeopleCert.
