Alexandre Gueorguiev Hristov

Alexandre Hristov was born in 1980. He graduated with a Law Degree from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and was a practicing lawyer for the following two years. As of 2007, he worked as a legal advisor at Doverie – united Holding AD, and in 2010 he was appointed chief legal advisor of the company. Since 2010 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Bilyana – Triko AD, and since the beginning of 2012, he has been the Executive Director of the company. As of July 2016, he has been a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of Hydroisomat AD. He has participated in the management of a number of different companies: Hebros-P AD – a member of the Board of Directors, Doverie – Energetika AD – a member of the Board of Directors, among others. He was the liquidator of Reklama OOD, Riton – 97 AD, Pharmachim Holding AD. In May 2017 he was elected Executive Director of Doverie – United Holding AD.
