Phil Hospod is the Founder & CEO of Dovetail + Co, a company known for its genuine and imaginative hospitality. With a background in acquisitions, development, and operations, Phil has experience in creating spaces that make a lasting impression. Additionally, Phil has held positions at prominent companies such as The Sydell Group and Gemini Real Estate Advisors, where Phil played key roles in hotel development and acquisitions. With a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a HBA in Business from Ivey Business School, Phil is well-educated in their field. Currently serving as a Board Advisor for The Boutique Lifestyle Leaders Association, Phil continues to make strides in the hospitality industry.
