Chris Bartlett

Chris Bartlett has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Currently, they work as a Senior Software Engineer at Paloma (previously known as Dovetail) since November 2021. Prior to this, Chris worked at Optimation Group from 2018 to 2021, where they held multiple roles, including Technical Lead, Technical Team Lead, Java Technical Lead, and Senior Developer. During their time at Optimation Group, they worked on projects related to enterprise business applications for restaurant franchises, healthcare companies, and life insurance applications.

Before joining Optimation Group, Chris worked at Target Group from 2011 to 2018, where they held positions as a Technical Architect Developer, Technical Lead, and Development Consultant. At Target Group, they managed local development resources and handled technical project management for various financial services systems software development projects.

In 2009, Chris worked as a Senior Third Party Integration Developer at Target Harlosh, a financial services systems software development company based in the UK. Prior to that, they worked as a Developer at Torex Retail in 2008, focusing on performance and productivity management software development.

In the earlier years of their career, Chris worked at Target Harlosh as a Third Party Integration Development Consultant from 2005 to 2007, and at Infor as an APL Developer from 2002 to 2005. Chris also had a junior developer role at Xebec McGraw-Hill, an e-learning software development company, from 2000 to 2001.

Chris obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Computing Science and graduated with a 2:ii classification.
