Olivia Ferkatovich

Olivia Ferkatovich has a diverse background in product management and business analysis. Olivia is currently working as a Product Manager at Paloma (previously Dovetail), where they joined as a Product Owner before transitioning to their current role. Prior to this, Olivia worked as a Product Manager at Pegasus Health. Olivia gained extensive experience at Diligent Corporation, where they served as a Product Owner for three years. Olivia'sresponsibilities included project management, facilitating SCRUM sessions, testing and signing off development milestones, and managing stakeholders. Before that, Olivia worked at AsureQuality as a Product Manager for digital products and services, as well as a Business Analyst. Olivia played a key role in internal projects, such as farm and livestock, audit and inspection, and meat industry services. Olivia also worked as a Junior Business Analyst and Software Tester at Orion Health, and had a student placement as a Junior Business Analyst at Christchurch City Council.

Olivia Ferkatovich completed their Bachelor of Information and Communication Technologies degree in Business Analysis at CPIT (Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology) from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at the University of Canterbury in 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Olivia obtained a Bachelor of Information and Communication Technologies degree from CPIT in September 2013. Olivia has also completed the Fundamentals of Product Management course at Brainmates in 2021 and a Finance for Non-Financial Managers program at The University of Auckland in 2018.
