Ewa Sacewicz has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1994 as an Administrative Staff-Customer Service Representative at DANLUX Sp z o.o. Ewa then held various roles in customer service and sales at Danlux Sp z o.o. and Rationel Polska Sp z o.o. In 2001, they became the Regional Sales Director at Rationel Polska Sp z o.o. and later served as the Deputy Production Manager and Director's Assistant. In 2006, they became the Production Manager at Rationel Polska Sp z o.o. and then moved on to become the Plant Manager at Rationel Polska Sp. z o.o. in 2008.
