Juan Herrera

Juan Herrera is an accomplished diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leader with extensive experience in developing and implementing global DEI strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Training, Culture & Community at Dow Jones, Juan drives DEI initiatives within the organization. Previous roles include leading the Office of Global Inclusion at ViacomCBS and holding senior positions at Munich Reinsurance America, AXA XL, and Viacom, where Juan established foundational DEI frameworks and metrics. Juan has also provided consulting services, helping organizations enhance employee engagement and diversity practices. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona and completion of the NAMIC Executive Leadership Development Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
