Clifford Todd

Clifford Todd is a passionate Senior R&D Leader at Dow, currently managing a team of 12 individuals, including several Ph.D. holders, focused on developing new Analytical Science technologies. With a strong history in team leadership, talent development, and interdisciplinary collaboration, Clifford has consistently delivered innovative results through advanced microscopy and microanalysis techniques. Prior to their current role, Clifford served as a Research Scientist at Dow Chemical, where they managed various R&D projects and technical challenges, and held research faculty positions at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and UCSB. Clifford earned a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Washington, where they also completed their M.S.
