Dairo Rafael Caraballo Florez, P.Eng, M.Eng, is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in project engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Dow since June 2022, Dairo has previously held roles including Project Leader at Ontario Power Generation, Engineering Lead at Husky Energy, and Mechanical Project Specialist at Black & Veatch. Dairo's career spans several significant projects, including involvement in the Cartagena Refinery Expansion Project with a total investment cost of 6,200 million USD.
