Jeremy Hyland is a cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Cyber Defense at Dow since November 2021, previous positions include Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Privacy Officer at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and Chief Information Security Officer at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Jeremy also held the role of Director of Enterprise Cybersecurity within NAVSEA and Program Manager for Cyber and Electronic Warfare Convergence at US Pacific Command. Earlier experience includes positions as Information Security Specialist at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division and Software Systems Engineer at MITRE. Jeremy's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Information Security Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics from the University of Washington.
