Julie Roberts has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Global HR Business Partner - Operations at Dow Chemical since April 2009, where strategic support is provided to senior leadership across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. Previous roles at Dow Chemical include HR Geo Leader for the UK & Nordic regions and the Benelux, overseeing HR functions across multiple countries and locations. Julie began a career in HR at Rohm and Haas, contributing as Regional HR Manager for Northern Europe and European HR Business Partner, among other positions. The career started at Holliday Dyes & Chemicals Limited as HR Manager, following educational qualifications including a Master's in Human Resources Management from The University of Huddersfield and a Bachelor's degree in History & Economics from the University of Birmingham.
