Kymberly Juettemeyer

Kymberly Juettemeyer is a seasoned professional in the engineering and project management fields, currently serving as the Global Learning and Operational Excellence Senior Project Manager at Dow since May 2015. Kymberly has also held roles as a Breakthrough Technology and Innovation Engineer and Production Engineer, focusing on energy systems related to utilities steam production and water treatment. Prior experience includes participation in a recruitment team at Texas A&M University and an engineering internship at The Dow Chemical Company, with additional experience as a Process Engineer Co-Op at MeadWestvaco. Kymberly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Missouri University of Science and Technology, expected to complete in December 2026.
