Leslie Bridger

Leslie Bridger is the Latin American Finance Director for Hydrocarbons and Energy at Dow, where they currently lead financial strategies and initiatives across the region. With a profound background in the hydrocarbons value chain, Leslie has excelled in various roles within Dow, including managing the financial team for the El Orejano shale gas field and contributing to sustainability efforts. Prior to this, Leslie held engineering and finance positions at EPP Petroleo/Ajax Corporation and Shell, demonstrating a blend of technical and financial expertise. Leslie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Graduate Degree in Reservoir and Production Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, as well as an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
