Michel Franceschi

Michel Franceschi is currently the Contract Operations, MRO & Management Systems Leader at Dow, where they leverage their extensive experience in engineering and leadership. Previously, Michel held roles such as Operations Leader for Process Automation and Discipline Coordinator for Electrical & Instrumentation at The Dow Chemical Company, managing large teams and driving process improvements. Michel also led the integration of Dow Corning GCE Barry as the Acquisition Integration Leader and worked in various engineering positions at Cargill and SPIE. Michel holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technologies from HZ University of Applied Sciences.
