Reeham Khalil

Reeham Khalil is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Lead Human Resources Specialist at Dow since February 2019, where strategic HR direction is provided to support business objectives and ensure compliance in multiple countries across the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Khalil held positions as the CFA Society Egypt Coordinator and Human Resources Manager at Rasmala Egypt, focusing on member engagement and organizational policy development. Earlier experience includes a diplomatic role at the Mission of Egypt to the United Nations and OSCE in Vienna, where gender perspectives in human rights policies were prioritized.
