Sonya Davis

Sonya Davis has extensive experience in human resources and operations within The Dow Chemical Company, having held various leadership positions since 2005. Currently serving as the North America South Human Resources Director, responsibilities include overseeing facilities in multiple states, with a recent expansion to Indianapolis and western regions including California and Hawaii. Prior to this role, Sonya managed the Southeast Region as Associate Human Resources Director and led human resources initiatives at the Hahnville Site. Sonya began career at The Dow Chemical Company Inc. as a Chemical Engineer and holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University, which includes a minor in Environmental Engineering.
