Susan Brown

Susan Brown is a Senior R&D Leader in Engineering & Process Science at Dow, where they oversee the Solids Processing group and laboratory operations. They began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota and later served as a Junior Research Scientist at Eli Lilly and Company. Brown has held various positions at Dow since 2015, including Associate Research Scientist and Senior Research Chemist focused on catalyst research. They earned a B.A. in Chemistry with an emphasis on Biochemistry from Macalester College, followed by both an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
