Todd Hogan

Todd Hogan is a Senior Development Scientist at Dow, currently serving as the Global Application Technology Leader for the Plastic Pipe Business. They are responsible for new product development strategy and technical support for Dow’s pipe resin customers while actively participating in various industry organizations. Todd joined Dow in 1990, contributing to numerous roles including Research Scientist and Development Scientist, where they focused on process development and commercialization of new technologies. They hold 5 granted patents, have authored over 30 external publications, and are recognized as a Dow Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and an Honored Service Member of the Society of Plastics Engineers. Todd's early education was at Kettering University, where they earned their degree from 1984 to 1989.
