Randolph M. Henry

Randy Henry is an experienced executive with a proven track record of building and growing businesses from start-up stage through maturity, resulting in liquidity events of up to almost two hundred million dollars. Randy holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance, a graduate degree from Cambridge University in England and a BA from Southern Methodist University. Randy has extensive private equity investment experience in both start-up technology and non-technology companies. He has served on numerous boards including Texas Commerce Bank – Tanglewood, MedServe, Inc., and the Advisory Board of Woodway Financial Advisors. Nonprofit board experience includes Chairman of the Board of Visitors of the University Of Texas Department of Astronomy and McDonald Observatory, Vice Chairman of Rebuilding Together, Chairman of The Post Oak School, and board member of the Association of Container Reconditioners.
