Ashlee Morse

Ashlee grew up in Newport Maine. As a teen she helped her teacher mother with summer school and realized a passion for teaching. Ashlee graduated with an associates degree in Early Childhood Education from Eastern Maine Community College in 2014. Shortly after she began her childcare career in a head start setting. After moving to Ellsworth and starting her family, she began working in the infant room at the new Beechland Center then moving to the toddler room as the Program Coordinator before landing as both the toddler and transitional preschool Program Coordinator. Ashlee believes children learn best through play, routine and being allowed choices. Watching children grow, learn new things and become more independent are some of the many reasons Ashless loves her job.
