Patricia Laux

Patricia Laux has extensive experience in the travel and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Membership Manager at American Express since November 2006, where responsibilities include ensuring marketing language compliance with banking and regulatory standards. Patricia also works as a Realtor for Down Home Properties since January 2021. Previous roles at American Express Travel Services included Team Leader, coaching staff to provide luxury travel services. Prior to American Express, Patricia held various positions at Delta Air Lines from 1983 to 2006, culminating in the City Ticket Office Manager role, and briefly worked as an Admin Assistant at Royal Caribbean International in 2006. Patricia holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from SUNY Plattsburgh, along with an Associate's degree from Suffolk County Community College.
