Susan LoPiccolo is a seasoned fitness professional with extensive experience in yoga instruction and personal training since 2012. Currently an instructor at Down Under School of Yoga and running a personal training business since 2016, Susan specializes in creating customized fitness programs for diverse clients, addressing various medical considerations. Previous roles include Director of Fitness Programming at Regatta Fitness, where Susan managed innovative rowing-based classes, and Xtend Barre Instructor, where group fitness classes were led with an emphasis on safety and effectiveness. Additionally, experience in product development and production management at Beachbody contributed to the creation of a comprehensive yoga studio with over 65 classes. An educational background in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University at Albany strengthens Susan’s business acumen in the fitness industry.
