Kate Riffee

Kate Riffee, Ph.D., BCC, is a seasoned professional in sport management and education, currently serving as President of Riffee Consulting, LLC since January 2015. In addition, Kate Riffee is an Adjunct Professor at Ohio Wesleyan University since September 2018, where coursework focuses on undergraduate sport management. Prior experience includes teaching graduate-level courses at Ohio Dominican University from September 2016 to April 2021, alongside a consulting role with the NCAA, which involved collaboration on leadership development and student-athlete initiatives from January 2015 to January 2018. Kate Riffee's extensive background in athletics administration includes serving as Director of Development Operations and Associate Athletics Director at The Ohio State University, along with earlier roles as Athletics Counselor and Life Skills Coordinator. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and a Master’s in Sports Management from The Ohio State University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with a minor in Communication from Ithaca College.
