Colin Jordan is an experienced quality manager with a strong background in the brewing and food industries. Currently serving as the Quality Manager at Downeast Cider House since February 2022, Colin has previously held positions such as Quality Manager and Brewer/Cellar Person at Urban South Brewery, and various roles at Modern Times Beer including QA/QC Lab and Cellar Lead. Early career experiences include culinary positions at Local Brewing Co. and Anchor Brewing Company, alongside foundational roles in restaurants and food service. Colin Jordan graduated from San Clemente High School in 2011 and has built a diverse skill set in both quality assurance and culinary operations.
