Leah Gallardo

Leah Gallardo is an experienced professional specializing in project management and commercial management, currently serving as the Commercial Manager for IT Vendor Management at Downer since June 2016. In this role, Leah oversees strategic ICT vendors, ensuring alignment to organizational strategy while monitoring service delivery and contractual performance. Previously, Leah held positions as a Project Manager and Process Improvement Lead in Business Services at Downer, managing improvement initiatives, and as a Project Manager/Process Lead for Group Procurement at Woolworths Group, focusing on the implementation of procurement processes.
