Sean Park

Sean P. currently serves as the Head of Talent at Downing Capital Group, a venture capital firm that emphasizes business building alongside investment. Previously, Sean P. worked as a Talent Partner at High Alpha Innovation, focusing on recruiting founders for SaaS portfolio companies and developing effective hiring strategies. Sean P. also has experience in military public affairs as a Public Affairs Mass Communication Sergeant in the Army National Guard, where responsibilities included media engagement during deployments in Iraq, Kuwait, and Syria.
