Scott Schurman

Scott Schurman is an experienced construction professional currently serving as COO and Director of Operations at Downing Construction since September 2016. Prior roles at Downing Construction include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, where Scott contributed from February 2015 to September 2016. Prior to their tenure at Downing Construction, Scott worked at Kiewit Building Group as a Project Engineer from January 2009 to January 2015. Educationally, Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
