Alyssa Browning

Alyssa Browning is an experienced educator currently serving as a Learning Support Teacher for the Downingtown Area School District since August 2020. Previously, Alyssa worked as a Special Education Teacher at Frederick County Public Schools from July 2018 to June 2020 and as a Childcare Provider at The Arc of Lehigh & Northampton County from December 2013 to August 2018. Throughout the career, Alyssa has focused on assisting children in goal setting, skill development, and independent functioning, while also providing community-based instruction and mentoring in behavioral consistency. Alyssa holds a degree in Special Education (K-12) and Secondary Social Studies (7-12) from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, earned between 2014 and 2018.
