Caitlyn Poole

Caitlyn Poole is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in literacy instruction and classroom management. Currently serving as a Reading Specialist at Downingtown Area School District since August 2021, Caitlyn provides targeted support for students with diverse reading needs. Previous roles include Classroom Teacher at Stratford Friends School, where Caitlyn planned and implemented instructional programs for various grade levels, and several positions at Hill Top Preparatory School, including Summer Camp Counselor. Caitlyn has also contributed as a Special Education Paraeducator, Long-Term Substitute Learning Support Teacher, and substitute teacher across multiple school districts. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Literacy from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor's degree in Education and Special Education from Cabrini University.
