In 2008, they served as Secretary at the Pennsylvania Academy of Performing Arts before being elected as Vice President of Business Development in 2010. Jennifer then joined the Chester County Intermediate Unit in 2007 and held various roles such as Communications Specialist, Special Events Coordinator, and Administrator on Assignment Communications Director for Avon Grove School District. Jennifer also served as the Interim Communications Manager during the manager's medical leave.
