Lauren Aldridge

Lauren Aldridge is an experienced special education professional currently serving as an Elementary Learning Support Teacher at Downingtown Area School District since March 2013. With a robust background in special education, Lauren has held various roles, including Membership Chair for the Downingtown Area Education Association and Behavior Specialist Consultant at Child Guidance Resource Centers. Prior positions include Special Education Teacher at Delaware County Intermediate Unit, where Lauren developed and implemented programs for students with autism, as well as earlier roles providing therapeutic support at both CCRES and Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems. Academically, Lauren is progressing toward a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration at Immaculata University and holds several certifications, including Reading Specialist and Applied Behavior Analysis.
