Lauren Hartsky

Lauren Hartsky currently serves as a Learning Support Teacher at Downingtown Area School District since July 2023. Previously, Lauren spent five years at Wilmington Manor Elementary School, transitioning from a 5th Grade Teacher & Team Lead to an Intensive Special Education Teacher for 4th and 5th grades. Earlier roles included a Second Grade Teacher at Kuumba Academy Charter School and various positions with Teach For America, ALEX AND ANI, and Ronald McDonald House, with experience in guest relations and social work. Lauren holds a Master of Education in Exceptional Children & Youth from the University of Delaware and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education, as well as a degree in Human Services from the University of Delaware.
