Barbara Reed

Barbara Reed has over two decades of experience in the workforce development and housing management sectors. Since May 1999, Barbara has served as a WIOA Specialist at Downriver Community Conference-Michigan Works, handling programmatic needs, file management, and customer follow-up to assist individuals in finding employment. Additionally, Barbara works as an Apartment Manager for C.O. Management Co. since January 2008, showcasing properties and managing tenant relations. Educational qualifications include a Career Development Facilitator Certification from Oakland University and a Health & Nutrition Certificate from Pitt University.
