Kathryn Foley has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Kathryn started their career as a pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida from 2009 to 2011. Kathryn then joined Ropes & Gray LLP as an Associate in Intellectual Property Transactions from 2011 to 2014. Kathryn then moved on to Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC, where they held the position of Senior Associate in the Business and Intellectual Property Law Groups from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they are working at the same firm as the Director of the Business and Intellectual Property Law Groups from 2019 onwards.

Kathryn Foley's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Tolland High School. After completing their high school education in 1999, they enrolled at the University of Connecticut, where they pursued a degree in Pharmacy Studies from 1999 to 2004.
