Justice Baird

Justice Baird is a Co-Founder and COO of Downstream, with experience in financial planning and auditing spanning several companies. Prior roles include Senior Financial Planning & Business Analyst and Senior Auditor at Valmont Industries, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed leading auditor engagements, financial reporting, and contributing to finance technology initiatives. Previous positions include Intermediate Auditor at Conagra Brands, Internal Audit and Financial Analyst roles at NPC International, and a summer internship at Tyson Foods focusing on SOX controls. Justice Baird holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pittsburg State University and has also studied accounting at Southwestern College.
