Steve Whitcraft, DBIA, Assoc AIA, CPC, CHC, edac, currently serves as Preconstruction Executive at Turner Construction Company, specializing in major projects and mass timber structures since July 2010. Previously, Steve held the position of Director of Healthcare and Commercial for the Texas Region, focusing on relationship development and operational excellence. In addition to leadership roles at Turner Construction, Steve served as President of the Dallas Architecture Forum from 2018 to 2020 and has been a board member of Downtown Dallas, Inc. since April 2014. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at Key Construction and leadership roles within Preservation Dallas and the AGC/AIA Leadership Committee. Steve holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan and graduated from El Camino Real High School with honors.
